Order Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of product ordered:

  • Ready‑to‑ship wigs & hair extensions: 3–5 working days
  • Curly or customized wigs: 7–10 working days

Customization services (such as bleached knots, pre‑plucked hairline, or special styling) may require an additional 3–5 working days. Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time Frame

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Processing + Shipping = 10–15 working days (estimated)
